not sure about the rest of you guys, but I usually check EXR HotCopper at the end of the day while in bed. and sometimes, like today, I just start laughing out loud. in bed, alone laughing about how perfect this investment is. not sure if I'm laughing in disbelief because of how good this opportunity is or laughing because I know the outcome of this investment. don't get me wrong, I'm invested in other companies as well with good fundamentals which I am excited for but EXR is just a different breed. I feel like a part of me just knows that this is the one, and reading many of the posts from you all makes me realise I think that sentiment is shared among many of us.
EXR is a once in a life time opportunity, I've got that gut feeling
