Yes they'll proceed (my opinion) if you were a holder from 25th Aug you're eligible to participate, from 14th Sept till close of 6th Oct for a max of $30k participation. Important to read the Prospectus thoroughly to understand the machinations of it all.

We might find it fully subscribed- over subscribed or under subscribed- all to be seen.

Nothing is really happening with H2) currently whilst we search for potential customers (let's hope Terras is actually doing something along those lines- but let's assume they're doing f*all on that front- which means it's up to the EXR Directors- probably Anna, on the phones trying to drum up interest).

We know the timelines and activity at Nomgon and Grandis- there will be progress reports (we hope +ve ones!) but I can't see earth shattering +ve news from here to the 6th Oct that would warrant cancelling the SPP - I think if the sp rocketed over that period we'd have a riot from long suffering patient holders if it were cancelled, despite the ant dilutionary benefit of doing so.

Besides- another $3mill raised now via the SPP will be badly needed if we can't realise a liquidity event of sorts from Nomgon and/or Grandis by early 2025 when the current cash pile will be exhausted- can't bear thinking about that scenario btw- it's not a pleasant thought!
