Cannot argue with that at all. In the end it is personal perception and for me more importantly the path to monetisation, and that encompasses a number of facets. The sovereign risks seem the same to me with the Mongolian explorers so it is just how focused they are on what you happen to be interested in so a move from EXR was my choice based on these and other differences I saw.
