Good Evening all, BW we were all pumped up how clean gas is years ago 60s 70s and is now pumped into most cities in the first world ? at enormous cost, pipelines plants etc It still is, having worked in it for 7 years, like everything else though has its faults if you are looking for a perfect 100% aint gonna happen. Nothing is going to change the demand for at least the next 50 years. nor take its place overnight . Im Betwixt at how everyone is falling for this New World Order B?S. Soooo hope Im wrong. But I have no bones about it, so I went To Ivz With a lot of funds and upon their pending success I was going to buy back into EXR big time. However IVZ is in a bit of a hiccup right now, only tempoary. What really gives me the sh... is theres 3 companies all about to drill at the same time and you cant spread yourself eveywhere I guess, EXR, IVZ, NHE, NO advice. Love NZ, enjoy the beach.
