He's excited- and so he should be...maybe a little OTT, but anyone could see past it - IVZ could unearth an absolute monster- and I hope they do (disclosure- i have a few IVZ, rebought at 16c after an earlier attempt a while ago at trying to trade a Muk1 fluid sample return with the idea of sinking profits into more EXR shares- anyway, it didn't work and I lost upwards of $14k or thereabouts- some you win, some you don't).

Anyway- infrastructure happens AFTER a discovery- no real point outlaying capital & building infrastructure if there's nothing there, so stating they can't succeed because of a lack of infrastructure is a bit of an oversight. If they prove up extractable scalable resource, they'll have all the financing optionality to get infrastructure established pronto.

Prove it- and they will come.

I do, however, think he and anyone else trying to state IVZ is better than anything else, (EXR, OMA, 88e etc) as have been pointed out lately, is rather silly.

It's not a winner take all scenario for shareholders in prospective companies- there can be multiple winners.
I wish anyone luck ballsy enough to risk their hard earned moola on highly speculative and risky plays.
