    Lol my initial reasoning was bubbling gassy coals in Mongolia with a 100% success rate per hole.

    Grandis is (so far) a very lucky company saver for EXR. And even though it’s not why I bought EXR, I’m more than happy with the outcome.

    But this is still a penny stock with risk. If Grandis fails we will set new lows. People need to keep that in mind and not bet the house.
