To think I was hoping for the day new posters arrived on these threads as it would indicate new interest and investors.

Anyway, it's going to be a long, hot summer for EXR and just about the time we've established some real progress in QLD our Mongolian activity will start ramping up too.
2024 is the year folks, patience will be duly rewarded.
