There are Two Wars being fought which cause more destruction than fossil fuels on a daily basis that require closer attention by your organization about the facts that it is not that platonic of an issue to just scare everyone implying ( Climate Destruction) is imminent due to this outcome!
Prove it with scientific evidence when stated!
France is leading this effort to base climate theory based on scientific data research rather than hypocritical fanaticism or scare tactics like a Jaws movie. Look at the harm that movie has created then paved the way for constant self fear to the point of destruction of a species, the natural sharks habitat, peoples love for swimming in the ocean. It goes on forever fear, can become a monster!
The point is "Transition".
An organization must adapt especially to collect donations to keep the Peace ship sailing around the world, does the ship have a fuel intake requirement?
How many liters an hour consumed by this ship with plastic consuming packaging, waste in the air and refuse to dispose of?

In reality it is a much more complicated and complex issue to make the energy transition work interdependent with, so many business world wide to consider connecting.

Job transitions are also necessary involving schooling, trained professionals, security, laws and corporate competition etc....
Huge financial income and infastructure necessary it's unfathomable to comprehend your disappointment slap at the real hurdles. Exemplifying problems underlying these issues with a forceful squashing blow to the out come of the Cop28 decisions with no real solution on offer..
People, be happy you can still press on soliciting the green way.....I suggest to your organization if you are unhappy about the first step.... Try riding a bicycle to school or work everyday indefinitely first before it becomes the Cop28 world failure.
Climate destruction is what we make it, and it is also changing, Iceland is an example of that. Carbon capture is recycling.

It's a step in the right direction, be happy about it.
