Look I don't like Trump, but he won't be going to prison for insurrection. He hasn't done anything to meet the legal definition of incitement, nor insurrection. All the people who went into capitol hill were let in and showed around by the police. Poor idiots in jail now for nothing.
But anyway, he won't go to jail and Biden won't win the election.
