Mate... what's with the comparison to KAR? Where did you get this stock from and why do you mention them? Is it a one to one comparison to EXR? A producer means nothing when there's so many other factors at play. From my very brief googling of them they're showing as having basins in Brazil. How exactly is that relevant to EXR's location in Australia's market? How does Brazil's gas market compare to ours? I'm asking because I don't know, and you're the one making the comparison.
