As this is the General Chit Chat thread -- I have been thinking lately about the Options --EXROB expiry date Oct 2026 -- exercise price 12cents.

Last week when EXR share price hit the Year high of 17.5cents (if only for a moment) -- my mind returned to the Bullish days of 2020 when we had Line wipes and Birthday Cakes every time a cent was passed --- Share price peaking up around the 50cent mark --- and dreams of Multi Dollar Take Over Offers.. GOOD DAYS

any way back to the EXROB options -- with the exercise price of 12cents -
- and most EXR investors expectations that EXR shares will be back over the Twenty and Thirty cents mark -- (hopefully this year) -- really points to the speculation of Profit opportunity for any Option price Under 10 cents.
