That's all well and good, that you can justify to yourself as to why it's ok that we seem to be "misled" by EXR's market annoucement, I personally don't think it's good enough though.

It was pretty disappointing as a holder, to hear NY in an interview the very next day after this last annoucement dropped go from using "a month or so", to "a few months delay". You can't convince me there was new information that came in over those few hours, and if there were, maybe they should have made the market aware officially. All we can hope is that he was just very sloppy with his words during that interview and there is no change from the original "a month or so" timeline... but the longer it drags on without a follow up to say everything is locked it, the less likely "a month or so" seems.

I do hope you are correct about the gravy though... that's why we are all here
