Yup....We've never delivered anything of major significance on time according to a predefined determination by NY or for that fact, RC.
Not once as far as I can recall, stemming back to early 2019.
Part of that is the optimism needed to be displayed by our leader when announcing planned events- as good leaders should, (with, I'm sure, ever intention of delivering in good faith) and part of it stems from the indeterminant nature of gas exploration- where pretty much nothing ever happens on time due to many factors beyond our control. EVERYTHING ALWAYS takes longer than you hope or want.

To your point though- Neil could perhaps be a bit more specific with his range of declared timings, but we've all been thinking that for years.

As Bas says- best to add a healthy premium on top of any prescribed timeframe, annoying as that is -and rejoice if we happen to actually achieve something before your self determined deadline.
