Ive never said this is going to 2.40. So thats for whoever says that to deal with.
I stand by the technical assess of our geological assets. That's what I base my choice on. And so far nobody has been able to point out where thats gone so wrong at all for EXR. People sjmply spruik different companies in our vicinity and complain we arent all driving lambos already. Talk about fluff....
