It is not delayed - no one except for a flippant remark last year from RC (who doesn’t have anything to do with the day-to-day operations of the business, as much as people think he does), has said we can expect an update this month.
The most specific timeframe we have been given with regards to Nomgon recently was NY saying that at the speed everything is going right now they should have a clearer picture of how everything is playing out by the end of this year, early new year.
