Yes it's an interesting one Tui....I can only assume (from my personal experiences) that when you're a minnow (EXR) engaging a mammoth (Halli) then we would, on balance, have been subject to their contractual terms in the main.

I'm sure Neil, as the astute chap he is, would have tried his best to get all manner of EXR favoured inclusions etc etc....but they would have been knocked back,,and at the end of the day, he would have probably had to sign what Halli was comfortable with (or go without- in a very limited supply pool)

You agree and sign these arrangements in the hope all goes well- it's when it dosn't go well that the terms come back to bite you, but that's the cost of doing business with the big boys.
