Gday,--Firstly NO I am not an expert --Nor am I going to even try and answer any of your questions--AS I HAVE no idea!

I read through some of your questions here and some on the IVZ Forum site .
I will say - your apparent Knowledge, is to be commended.

My suggestion is that a Separate NEW Thread be created -- to assist with Technical Questions on Daydream and Grandis -- this will certainly assist the EXR investors that are seeking more information and Discussion, instead of just relying on the Announcements released by EXR management.

This is the General Chit Chat thread --( if you go to page 1 )-- it states what it i for? a (Very light hearted Thread)..

in relation to the Technical side of EXR's Mongolian activity. -- the Thread /post and his FANTATIC report was posted in 2021, back before many EXR investors came aboard and is truly worth a read through. (Click on the second Post in the above thread for Files and Reports).

Again sorry, I cannot answer your question but a NEW Thread may well get You some Educated and informed Reponses and discussions.
