It's an interesting play- lots of potential, like IVZ, but the jurisdictional risk on both is not up my alley
Not for me (other than both a potential short term trading opportunity- have tried twice with IVZ and failed both times....so probably won't be trying that again !)
Besides all that- I am heavily convicted and heavily committed on EXR- a highly concentrated bet
Hold a bit of OMA and TEG and some legacy holding of BLU, but 90% of portfolio is EXR
