    Unfortunately, none of that money is likely to help EXR.

    The production tax incentive is (I believe) similar to the Critical Minerals Tax. You get the money back as a tax credit after you have produced the hydrogen/minerals. This tax credit isn't for research, but for production, so EXR might be able to get some money back if they end up producing (and FID is before 2030) but won't get any funding during planning/development.

    The hydrogen headstart program is for projects in Australia only:
