I read this paragraph from their announcement as being they are contracted from turning drill to completion. Don’t imagine they’d drill, leave then return to complete another contractor’s interim work. Wouldn’t make sense viably.
Just my take on it. Maybe wrong.
”Omega is pleased to announce that global oilfield services provider Halliburton has been contracted to deliver integrated drilling and completion services for our Canyon-1H well.“
