I have a lovely Aunt , who loves her Garden and ha an Investment in EXR.

We had spoken of various shares in the Past, and I recall her excitement when she Bought $7,000 of EXR hares at 35cents
She was delighted -- she had 20,000shares

she watched the price increase up to the highs of around the Fifty cent mark -- and then watched its decline.
At the 28Cents she bought another $4000 worth as she still liked what she had researched. so she bought another 14000.

she then watched the huge decline -- every time there seemed to be Good news the price appeared to drop
all the way down to lows of 5.6cents
A lack of Gas supply into the future - and more research -
She again bought $8000 at six cents -- this time she got 130,000 shares

So her Total Outlay of $19,000 she had 164,000 shares.

But when the share price hit 15cents she sold 84000 for a total of $12600.

She has 80,000 shares remaining at an average buy price of Eight cents.

At the moment she is Very content and is awaiting NEWS and results.

Sometimes like growing Flowers --- You have to Feed, water and Weed -- to get a successful crop and just blaming the Gardener or stomping all over the flower bed -- will not get you results.
