You can't possibly compare OMA with EXR.....
OMA has a great management, Strong Top 20 with instos and success on their main project.
EXR, does not have a great management... only a new CEO that has plenty of work to do after picking the dead company. On number 1 Top 20, it has the old CEO Neil, that has only another few weeks within the company as a "consultant" lol... and he is gone...... at some near future he will be taking his equity from here.....that's no matter of if... but when...
And the 2 main EXR projects were failures.... Mongolia that now will start a brand new project with Neil and his buddy on back of EXR shareholders... and Daydream 2 another failure....
So... nope.... there is no comparison to be made and Shell would let EXR run to the ground what would not be too hard to happen....and then pick their tenements up or take over for 5c-10c max......
OMA is a total different story......
Interesting to see the Market cap of EXR within the next 11 business trading days.....
