NY is only days from leaving EXR now as a "consultant" watch for volumes from now on.... any FOMO could be an opportunity to cash up....
He and his buddy will need $$$$$$ to start the new venture in Mongolia again....... announcement should come in via EXR detachment within months now..... tie up docs on the way already.
The funny thing Mad hare mate.... are members here calling $1.90's and high $2's valuation on EXR.... how can you even think about something like that.... not even KAR is $2 right now... LOL they might fool the old prisoners that are here since 2019- 2021 and cannot sell it.... but, smart money and the market knows pretty well the history of EXR, the history of the old CEO Neil and now, they know that their last chance which is Lorelle-3 might be on thin ice as if Santos is a take over, it all over for EXR drilling..... The Consortium is not looking to develop new projects..... they are after Santos current running projects.....
I guess the first hammer drop here will be, if Santos deals goes ahead, EXR might start posting delays on the drilling at Lorelle-3.... then you know the game is on....
Tonight US we will have a showdown.... I think UBS is already shuffling around to weight for a potential start of a new volatile market ahead....
