Hypothesis .....people have correlated recent GAS news and joined the dots with Richard Cottee to EXR and realised our play is about 8000 times more attractive than GAS
EXR have to date been a very watertight ship with regard to news, not leaky at all....so unless it's a leaky 3rd party in the midst of some negotiation I think it's just a matter of the penny dropping for some people
