People like you selling I suppose. Too many 20-30 yo millennials with lack of appreciation of the company vision or prospects. I was the same when I was 28. I bought JBH @2.30 and sold at 2.30 12 months later and with 6 months it had doubled. Young people think 1-2 years is a long time.

When your old like me you understand 2-3 years is nothing for an orphan company like EXR, on a new frontier. 2022 will be good though and the flow test should really set the stage for a step up in interest


Todays announcement was good news but don’t forget EXRs value is in NG and H2 is a great value add
