The valuation should be based on the booked resource, not a dart board throw. if this ends up with 5-14TCF (or more, as this hasn't been revised for nearly 2 yrs) plus annual H2 production the conservative estimate should be double those numbers at least. I cannot see that we would accept a low ball figure if we have 2 or more big players wanting to get their hands on it.
