yep. and while the specifics are different, the general theme is not at different. Both IVZ and EXR have been hampered by poor performing contractors (well services for IVZ and drillers for EXR). Both have lost over 50% of their MC. Both are still sitting on some pretty big potential prizes. Both have catalysts in the near and medium term that could make or break.
