can someone please explain to me why gas bills are going up yet the wholesale price of gas is near a 10 year low at $2.14..? and this is peak gas season for the northern hemisphere.. are commodity prices that far ahead of the present to already be factoring the slowdown in usage as the north head into spring and consumption slows down.. ?
