Reading this, it's easy to see how Policy set by government translates into industry action and what will attract funding.
Neil is one switched on fella- he knows exactly what Mongolia wants and needs now and going forward- because he's across the State Energy Policy and Energy Laws.......it's a primary component of his job!
Our CBM and H20 projects will both output in some capacity to the National Grid, as well as bring in export dollar revenue.
Do we have the patience for it to execute?......most don't
