Probably dummy accounts setup to do the likes, never trusted them on HC......but it's actually the non-board and management level salaries that looks out of whack.
But these individual board and key management are earning way too much for a company that now has a MC of just $17M. Sure when the MC was close to $200M with project revenues trending upwards that could be justifiable but not now as clearly they are having major issue with generating cash-flow positive revenue due to extremely high staff cost that has actually increased by 50% from $4M to $6M per quarter this year!?
