Top two holders and their stakes in Admedus, especially from month to month, will they buy on market or wait .......

Triggers for sp appreciation, all imo, sale of MDD should be a postive, that is, sale price the equivalent of a quarter of cash burn (?)

TAVR deal, sp appreciation IF large upfront received, don’t believe third party covering R&D costs will do it.

Letter of intent for the AI deal, when?, impact?, again unless Admedus completely disinvest and receive large amount of funds for this then I believe it will not impact.

TGA granted, interesting, this has been blamed for the missed forecast (?), if granted is this a iron clad ‘guarantee’  towards postive cash flow much much sooner? 

At the minimum, sale of MDD, TAVR deal (no upfront funds), Letter of intent signed (Admedus receive NO upfront but retain a interest) and TGA granted then you would have to arguably have a sound foundation for this company to prosper.

Joker in the pack will be to achieve this IN a very timely manner.

Questions; in what time frame could you reasonably expect this to happen?, which scenario/s could create sp appreciation in the least amount of time and perhaps what it all hinges on ...... what is the game plan of SB and SIO??

Liquidity of shares of the company if ends up being largely owned by one or two parties, low liquidity could see them content to hold and ONLY buy shares when holders desperate to move on (?), not sure if this could happen.

Imo, the most favourable outcome would be for them to create value and flip, dividends will be years way, for SB to take this ‘private’ they WILL do so in a cost effective way!, SIO; after a 20 % plus return or the rights to  particular Admedus IP, once Admedus gone ‘private’ will SB parcel of/sell to them these rights?

Quite ugly scenario which we do not want to see; sp languishing in the next year until such time another CR required, if that were to happen there will only be one winner!

Once done and dusted (CR) What will be the reaction of the market??, could be very revealing, imho.
