It was very clear. No appeal forthcoming - deadline to lodge gone. So who is going to beat the AOC/Saunders crowd at negotiations as the legal door is firmly shut. Who has the power now? AOC mob or the oilers?
The way forward is to wait out the present govt and hope for the Republicans to take control again in 2024. But they will need a very decisive win because there is an ever increasing number of RINOs in the Republican party who will vote with the Democrats.
