Dude c'mon obviously they're getting into hydroxide as a result of the deal, that's besides the point. There's underlying reasons for their expansion. You seriously haven't heard the issues they're having with supply...? Or SQM for that matter? All the reported "extra supply" that the big three were bringing to market hasn't really happened. Which restricts supply moving forward and works right into AGY's hands. Once the OT for stage 1 is released I will have no more concerns with this company and will barely even watch my holding until late 2020.
