yes fair comments. I may check out the book you mention. You say the three new H plants are relatively close together ? 

1) Bunbury 300 kms from Perth.

2) Kwinana (Perth)

3) Pilbara (3000kms from Perth)

All three have offtake/supply for life of mine contracts.

You say,

that doesnt really make much sense.

The pegmatite that produces the spod will most likely be mined and concentrated as per requirements for throughput of Processing. 

Much as AGY is "apparently" certainly not concerned with their over supplying to market atm is it ?

These deals are huge and will change the worlds supply demand situation significantly.

There is also a 4th Lithium Hydroxide project lurking in WA. 

There is also a high grade synthetic Graphite project being built in Kwinana. 

It uses iron ore with gas to produce Graphite.

And get this... a by-product of the patented process produces saleable commercial quantities of Hydrogen.

WA will soon be a one stop shop for battery minerals/energy storage and products and i hope energy storage systems too.

The Vanadium supply currently in gestation is most likely a game changer here too.

This whole lithium energy storage market was born out of South America and we are thankfull for that.

But we are seeing a transition away from there with recent developments and participation by those larger briners into WA and elsewhere. 

Grow/ diversify or fail.
