In the words of Bubba in Forest Gump, "Are you stupid or something?"If specs required by any given battery producer are specific to their own process then doesn't that say categorically that "battery grade" can't be confirmed or ascertained by an independent and licensed lab? All a lab can do is determine if elemental (or compound) levels are above a certain amount ie 99.5% Lithium carbonate and is therefore arbitrarily deemed "battery grade". You are nitpicking to the nth degree here. Give it a rest!
