So some people, or at least one person, here believes that the lithium Pablo produced at 99.8% could be as low as 96.8% because of the less than 3% error margin in the testing equipment. And they believe that the company announced 99.8% to the market knowing it could be lower. They believe that the company knowing this has then sent samples out to high end companies in the battery and ev industries that AGY hope to firm up an offtake and finance deals with. And the point of this would be......for Pablo to be discredited in his profession and JZ to be prosecuted and never hold a position in a public listed company again.
