This is an important stage in the negotiation process. The foundations are being built on trust between the parties and JZ is proving that he can deliver on quality and promises/agreement.

The initial offtake deal is important for AGY to build market cap and increase the value of the company. This is vital for the financing of the project going forward to raise funds and limit dilution in the next stage. The next ann for AGY will be company changing. I am expecting an offtake agreement for the initial 500t which will prove ability to produce BG lithium and provide an income stream. I would expect a significant rise in market cap with the sp back in th 30c+ range, the initial ot partner to be the long term stage 3 partner and further details of how construction and financing is to be implemented.

The timing of this is critical and due to current sentiments in this sector, and all the other factors impacting world markets, imo January is looking more likely than 2018.
