the impatience is totally justified quarter upon quarter they have been alluding to signing an offtake partner, the only real catalyst for the sp to turn around once again that is another fail, every announcement they give offers up more questions than answers.
Offering up cryptic clues in interviews doesnt help the sp at all, in the last interview the timeline to offtake was a month or so, missing yet another quarter the market is seldom wrong in situations like this 48cents to 15 in a company making such progress is a telling sign.
