Ask yourself this question, what is the purpose of the manipulation and downramping? Why are they trying to sow the seeds of fear, uncertainty and doubt to the dad and mom investors like you and me? It is only for one simple reason and that is so they can buy your shares for a bargain. 

Ask yourself another question, why did I bought in the first place? Was it because for a quick profit or you saw AGY as a major player in the upcoming EV revolution? 

Weigh your decision very carefully before you sell. If you need the money now and can afford to lose 50% then sell but please do not let your emotion be the major factor in your decision. just my honest opinion because I've let my fud-driven emotions dictated my decisions in the past....
