I agree with your comments 150% and would like to add the following to compliment your summary :

In any business (especially mining)there will always be occasional slight delays for any number of reasons and thats normally referred to as "work in progress".
Unfortunately some people are totally unrealistic in that :
1) They have very high expectations in respect to the Company achieving milestones according to their own time frame which obviously is influenced by their individual financial circumstances , and
2) They want announcements to be made according to their time schedule

If their circumstances are such that it causes them to sell to meet their financial commitments or to to invest is other opportunities they have identified --- thats fine BUT that does not mean that they should be critical of a company thats achieved significant milestones in a very short period of time (in mining terms) and on schedule . A few weeks more or less is irrelevant in the big picture so long as the Company delivers the goods , and they will --no doubt at all.

In a nutshell -- there is nothing wrong with AGY as they are on a pathway to success but maybe there is something wrong with some people;s unrealistic high expectations.

For every seller there is a buyer and the SP gyrations in the short term will not deviate the Company from achieving success which will reward patient SH in the not to distant future.
