It could play out in several ways but we all hope that it’s an OT either WITH some kind of annmnt on the funding but it may well not be until later that the OTer wants to see the pilot plant prove itself over a bit more time or there could be other factors such as access to the funds.

Imo the JV has done all it can, bar building a larger plant and proving that up, to appease any production issues that might arise.

We know the salar is a reliable one in terms of producing a consistent feed for the plant and we know PAs process/plant works so I’m confident this isn’t an issue for funding bottlenecks. But then that’s just my opinion.

The Implication way back in the annmnt that stated after the meeting with the preferred OTer that there were other project fast track possibilities was that the OTer was making it possible to jump to stage 3.

Now JZ also mentioned that there was A LOT of interest in their product which brings me to think that JZ is lining up these potential OTers and what they r prepared to offer and this is what’s taking the time. However as he says it’s also a matter of getting the product right for them.

So for arguement last sake one of the OTers comes back to JZ and says WE can fund a full stage 3 and the other one he’d lined up can only do modular funding then what’s the guy to do ?

Does he give it more time and go with modular or does he push the button with the deal that comes in sooner but is modular ?
