One has to wonder just how long do samples need testing before they accept. In actually fact, the Japanese preferred client had and began testing the samples the same time the PEA was released thus simultaneously testing their customised product and reviewing the PEA and JORC. If that’s the case then they had the samples mid Nov.
As mentioned before and do continue to believe, AGY will produce and do well, at what scale of a funding facility will they receive and the ownership structure that’s agreed to is the major ?. Hopefully with minimal equity dilution. Should the agreement involve enqity, anything <=40% would be a brilliant achievement with full funding or close enough to begin full production S3.
Time will tell soon enough.
