Seriously... this is all old history from 18 months... but on the back of that institutional CR and walking away from the SI, the SP rose.

However, it's all about time and place - and that time, in that environment it was a great move.

At this time, in this environment the market is now wanting to see AGY announce it's next funding solution.

However, you can't have it both ways; ie people can't be fanning fear that a CR is coming, and then not acknowledge or understand that in one form or another SI is required to take the project rapidly.

The only question is how big will that investment be, the large it is, the quicker the end goal will be achieved... so it's just all about assessing the pros and cons and negotiating the best deal you can.

I don't expect anyone else to follow my lead, but I am confident that AGY are doing exactly that.
