AGY have some solid fundamentals but a serious knack of failing to meet market expectations / time-frames self imposed or assumed.
I've been in since 3 cents and happy to keep holding but i really hate seeing ann like in principle agreement which builds hype then nothing for another few weeks, month quarter?
The market isn't buying it and doesn't trust management otherwise this would have moved up on the expectations of an announcement alone
