Perer66 - right i see where you are coming from , but i would agree more with MM that our would equity deal would look more like what G1A secured and I am expecting our deal to be better than G1A's in terms of lower dilution and implied higher see through value on Agy's business than G1A.
Also agree with MM it won't be a dramatic 57% dilution at more than doubling our current shares on issue - will be done in stages or just equity + debt funding at first and subsequent equity investment at higher sp.
But yes your scenario is worst case and yes that would still get us into a position of having a valuable business - just that you and existing shareholders now would own alot less of the eventual pie if JK went down this method which i highly doubt he would.
