I can see where you're coming from and i do honestly believe you have valid points.

Just give it time, think they're busy trying to get a deal done in my honest opinion and focusing on the big things...

There's not many people in the company which is great financially speaking so i'd imagine they're trying to do the biggest/best things possible with their time (Dealing with potential OT Partners), end of the day deal is near according to what we've been reading (in my opinion anyway) so let's see what comes of it and let that do the talking

If AGY succeeds which i truly hope it does and have a strong belief it will, those not looking at the finer details will be the ones paying major premiums.
