Next door- what does next door have? No process that is a garauntee.
From all I have read next door has not got any more proven resource. If we PROVE what we have at depth than as good as tax .. it paints a picture of what they have and would reflect their value. Then we have to pay at values that we created.
its not rocket science. Others we all know have been selling resource at huge coin- no consistently proven process.
