PA has shown he can produce hydroxide in the lab - but presumably now he needs to work out how to do it on a large scale in kilos and tonnes in the pilot plant and demonstrate that to the satisfaction of the the Koreans who want the hydroxide and need samples to work with.
Therefore I'd expect some juggling going on in the pilot plant between the demands of this and the need to start filling Mitsubishi's order? Although... they did say they would start fulfilling Mitsubishi's order in late Q2 was it? So perhaps PA has until then to get hydroxide coming out of the pilot plant?
