They aren't working to your trader timeline and you cant possibly know at what stage negotiations are at? All you are doing is guessing and using the glass half empty frame. If Mitsu took a year+ of due diligence for 100t then crikey for $150M we could be here for quite a while. Most long termers on here have probably accepted that AGY timelines are taken with more than a grain of salt.

It doesn't sit right for you perhaps because you cant make a quick buck as fast as you'd like. Would you handover $150M to a small company that is trying to establish a business and demonstrate its bona fides? No you wouldn't but maybe you have experience in building lots of $150M companies so you can set me straight.
