This is a good change in mindset that would make the potentially more drops in sp more easier to accept.

Current market cap of $80 mil is still too high for a 100 ton p.a producer , or roughtly $1.5 mil revenue p.aFrom the quarterly it looks like at most they are looking at expanding to 2,000 ton p.a and even this won't be up and running until say late 2020.

Alot more pain for the short - medium term imo.
